Having been born in South America, lived on two continents, and received an education spanning Science & Technology, Social Sciences, and Humanities, I have developed a broad perspective on life and the human condition. At heart, I am an accidental mystic—grounded and guided by contemplative practices from various spiritual traditions, including Monastic Catholicism (Franciscans, Carmelites, Benedictines) and Zen Buddhism. I have also been deeply enriched by the spiritual traditions, ceremonies, and practices of Indigenous Peoples & Nations, including Tending Grief Circles, Sweat Lodges, and Talking Circles.
Over the years, I have immersed myself in healing and spirituality circles and retreats, delving into my inner promptings while being guided by wise and experienced soul seekers and wisdom practitioners. Through years of deep, systematic exploration, my journey has come full circle, leading me back to the ancient liturgies of the Latin Mass—a sacred space where I feel truly at home in the world.
My academic journey includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Studies, along with studies in Theology and Spirituality. These studies have included Alternative Orthodoxies (Richard Rohr), Wisdom Schools (Cynthia Bourgeault), Healing and Spirituality Immersion (Matt Licata), and Internal Family Systems (Richard Schwarz). From where I stand now—rooted in and nurtured by Divine Presence as a disciple and student of Perennial Wisdom—I can see that my life has been a paradoxical journey, an interplay of profound joy and deep sorrow, personal pain, grief, and healing. These experiences have led me to a process of rebirth and transformation, integrating my own emotional wounds and psycho-emotional trauma through both psychotherapeutic and spiritual practices. I now understand myself as an embodiment of the wounded healer archetype.
Grounded in Universal Wisdom and Inner Light, and shaped by both knowledge and lived experience, I have come to appreciate the incredible potential for growth and expansion that we, as human beings, possess. Living on the Canadian Pacific West Coast, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, I have further discovered Creation-Centered Spiritualities (Matthew Fox). This, combined with charismatic spiritual guidance and a deep awareness of our shared human need for love, healing, purpose, and meaning, has allowed me to accompany others on their spiritual journeys. I consider myself an interfaith spiritual director, walking alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQA2S+(*) individuals, Christian clergy and seekers, Buddhists, Agnostics, Atheists, and those drawn to Earth-Centered beliefs.

I remain engaged with the beloved community around me, always learning from contemplatives, spiritual guides, masters, and teachers—both past and present—who have shaped my path. Among them are James Finley, Barbara Brown Taylor, John Dominic Crossan, Thomas Keating, Ilia Delio, Bede Griffiths, Thomas Merton, Teresa of Ávila, Thérèse of Lisieux, John of the Cross, Teilhard de Chardin, Benedict of Nursia, and many others whose wisdom continues to inspire me. Each day, I draw insights from the wisdom that surrounds me, wherever it appears.
I graduated from the Pacific Jubilee Soul-Guiding Program in Vancouver, British Columbia, in 2018.
“In the heart of humanity, and by virtue of grace, I am in union—already, but not fully yet—with the Infinite Loving Creative Energy that sustains the entire Cosmos. The material world, in all its wonders, is an expression of Creative Energy waiting to be acknowledged by human consciousness. Our Beloved desires to be in full union with each of Her creatures—we, indeed, are the Universe becoming conscious of itself.”
